Development of a Vision System for a Humanoid Robot Posted: 03 Nov 2009 06:22 PM PST This thesis investigates the design of a vision system for the "Guroo" a robot humanoid soccer player. The aim was to create a vision system that was able to view and track objects in the three dimensional world. Vision hardware is presented for the CMOS Digital Camera and Interface software for a field programmable gate array included on the main vision board. Google Online Marketing Challenge 2010 Posted: 03 Nov 2009 10:15 AM PST The Google Online Marketing Challenge 2010 is a global student competition organize by Google every year to find Minded Students from all over the world and this competition is open to any higher education institution anywhere in the world. Previous year over10,000 students from 57 countries took part in this challenge. How this Challenge works:- Teams of 3-6 students receive US$200 of online advertising with AdWords and then find local businesses to work with to devise an online marketing campaign.
