One has to send application to mention address as per their official notification. Candidate must have proficiency in Kannada Language. Applicants age must 26 years maximum as on 31st March 2010.Upper age limit will be relaxed by five years in the case of SC/ST candidates. Candidates belonging to SC/ST should submit attested copies of certificates from a competent authority to prove their status in this regard.
