If you don't have an income goal for next year... you WON'T have much of an income. 2. Decide what you're going to do DIFFERENTLY next year from this one. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.  It NEVER WORKS. Trust Me. 3. Start TODAY! What's the point of waiting til January 1st? That's what the "masses" do. They wait and put things off, and the problem with that is... when tomorrow comes, they put it off AGAIN. Procrastination is the #1 Killer of Success.   Ask any successful person. Don't be like most people... don't wait til tomorrow, start right now and make something happen today.
